I am married with 3 wonderful children.
I am a handyman, remodeler, and furniture builder by hobby (read NECESSITY). I enjoy completing projects around my house.
I spent 15 years as a quality manager for various manufacturing companies. Learned about customer service (and being humble) while being beat-up by the likes of Ford, Maytag, etc.
I completed my requirements for SFR Certification and am making plans to begin the CDPE.
