working a BOA short sale in the "new system" they have implemented and will let you know if it does move faster. The rep at BOA said the system will process them much faster.....

I live and work in historic and beautiful Fredericksburg, VA area located just 50 miles S of Washington DC & 50 miles N of Richmond VA. I serve the Fredericksburg Area which includes the City of Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties of Caroline, King George, Orange, Culpeper, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Eastern Prince William. I am a Certified Seller and Buyers agent. My experience is in Residential, Land and Commercial. I am retired DOD Federal employee after 34 years of service, Independent IT consultant for 7 years and enjoying life again in Real Estate since 2003. I left federal employment for a career in real Estate in the Mid 70's and returned only after the 18.5% interest rates of the Carter Administration.
