  Thanks Donna.  Mine is in underwriting with a sale date of next Friday.  I'm hoping to get that pushed out ASAP.  Working with Equator is new to me as well, have you had any difficulties with it?  The only thing I'm having issues with is being sent a message and it's still showing that I need to read the message, so I'm not sure that I have done things right. :)
