I currently handle about 100 plus short sales and most of my business comes from about 15 Realtor's that have decided to use my specific knowledge in assisting them in short sales. I have a finance background and have a knowledge of title, so I am able to not only anticipate the challenges of the liens and issues with the home, but also the buyer's issues when Lender's or hard money investors are in the mix.
