I've been a realtor with John L. Scott for over 10 years. Until May of 2010 I was also a real estate attorney, and finally gave that job up to focus full time on real estate, particularly short sales. I did loan modifications for clients for over a year, and the short sale process is similar. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert and also did the Harris R.E. School short sale program.
