Ocwen is the servicer of my loan and it`s under water now. I started a Deed In Lieu
3 years ago and I was getting nowhere so I decided to do a Short Sale and have had 3 offers declined then they told me I had to put it up for Auction at least 3 times before they would even consider a Short Sale.
