I have call 800-348-4712 I even fax a pay off request to 866-286-4402 on 08/05/13 nothing I want to close this file and I can't because I need the pay off and the approval letter from HSBC sometime you have people that just hang up please can someone help me with this they gave me til 09/03/13 to close. can someone please help me. Thanks you can call me at 407-722-7625 I have call the Headquater so they can know what's going on in HSBC.
