I am a budding short sale superstar....i am a Real Estate agent from Chicago and i started short sales 3 years ago before i knew what i was doing with them. i have had a perfect track record so far closing my deals that i have listed. i work "normal" residential short sales as well as commerical short sales. it is all the same in my opinion, everyone involved goes thru the same issues and they just need to be navigated in different way. Most of my commercial assets have been from locan banks.
