That would be great and a time saver. I don’t mind reviewing and using someone’s already prepared addendum, rather than constructing on my own. Every listing I take and every sale that I have are all short sales! I look forward to the day when we might get back to business as usual (like several years ago!).

So we offered $x for the deficiency lien to go away. And they took it.
I got lucky, not many of these are in a spot where they can do that.
