Christopher Brown is a real estate development industry veteran with more than 16 years experience. Over his career, Christopher has been involved in all aspects of real estate investing, development and homebuilding. Over his career, Christopher has been deeply involved in the home building industry. Starting his career in Santa Barbara selling condos on the beach. He moved back to his hometown of Sacramento in 1999 selling new homes in the region. He quickly moved into management positions. He held senior sales and marketing positions with Richmond American Homes, Christopherson Homes and New Faze Development. His leadership role in these companies focused on training and process improvement as well as sales & marketing creation and execution and product development for developments ranging from urban infill to large master plan communities. Christopher is also involved in other real estate and marketing related businesses as either a principal or partner. He owns evoCore Development, LLC and is a partner at Premier Graph-x, Inc Certifications & Awards He holds several industry designations such as Member, Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) from the National Associations of Home Builders. Due to his experience in the industry he has been awarded the Presidents Award and Sales Manager of the year from the North State Building Industry Association. Community Involvement In addition to his work at evoCore and NEXT, Christopher is actively involved in the community. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Sales and Marketing Council, Remodlers Council and Membership Committee of the North State Building Industry Association where he is a Past Chair. He is a member of the Placer County Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and The National Association of Home Builders. Additionally, he is active with local charities such as the Active 20/30 club which raises money for local children’s charities. Mr. Brown is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics. Family Christopher is a long time resident of the Sacramento region. He lives in Roseville with his wife of 11 years Julie and their 6 year old son Marcus. Christopher enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son's soccer team, skiing, playing golf and enjoying the rare day off.
