I have been in the business of helping distressed home owners since 2000. In those days I made it my mission to rescue homeowners from high interest loans they had gotten from finance companies and loan sharks. My client base were those people who lived in areas that were targets for predatory lenders. One client at a time I helped them get out of 10% interest rate and transitioned into fixed term loans with a lower interest rate. When the foreclosure boom hit in 2006 I learned the business of sell REO's and gained more experience by helping people short sale their homes and receive relocation assistance. today I hold the same mission and purpose to reach out and help those who need it most. Now I am working closely with a non-profit agency to help distressed home owners short sale their homes and rent them back. I have an agressive marketing campaign for this program as I believe its a win-win for everyone. I also work very closely with several non-profit agencies to help homeowners try to save their homes via a loan modification. That the first step before a short sale is even discussed. I have had great success in my real estate career and I credit it to focusing on the need of others and not the reward to myself.
