I am a Realtor in Winter Park (part of Orlando), and have been doing short sales for 2 years. I have taken the CDPE course and numerous other courses locally, and always want to learn more. The areas I cover are the northern half of Orlando, to Lake Mary and all the towns in between (Winter Park, Maitland, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Lake Mary)
