I have been a Licensed REALTOR® representing home buyer's and home seller's in Minnesota since 2001 and Wisconsin since 2007. I am Certified by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) for homebuyer's and homeseller's to help them determine if a Short Sale is right for them. I have been a Certified Home Retention Consultant (HRC) since 2/2008 and have helped several distressed homeowner's stay in their home. I stay educated on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Government Mortgage Loan Products along with City and Neighborhood Programs for Home Buyers who are looking for down payment and closing cost assistance in the Twin Cities Metro Area and I partner with several loan officers who specialize in these programs.
