Have been specializing in working with Distressed Homeowners as a primary business for the past 6 1/2 years by assisting them in conecting with a good organization to assist in loan modification or doing a short sale. I have personally successfully negotiated and closed on over 200 short sale transactions. I hold the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designations.
