I first received a real estate license in 1987 while still working in the corporate world as an administrative assistant finishing off as a business analyst in 1998. I expanded my knowledge and became a commercial and residential appraiser. I moved to GA in 2001 and continued my career in real estate appraising and pulled my real estate license out of inactive mode in 2008. I had my first short sale that year and have completed several from that point. I understand the process and how to get them closed. I love assisting owners by taking the pressure off of them and working through the process of communicating with the bank to get it closed. I work with reputable attorneys, who assist us in getting things closed. I can't wait to take your pressure off as you move into your next journey.
