Hi Bill. I have an all cash buyer and team of negotiators ready to help you out. You receive 4% Listing commission (not split with another agent) and you still maintain your fiduciary responsibility to the Seller. You will then be the listing agent when it's resold. I have sample docs and an attorney opinion letter if you are interested. Over 450 properties purchased in 2008. On track to complete over $125M this year.
