I have a property in San Diego near I5 & Division that I'll be negotiating a short sale with Bank of America. I'm a broker in Oregon & a short sale expert,. I'm in need of an Agent willing to do a 50/50.coop split. You list the property and deal with buyers until an offer comes in. At that point I come in, evaluate the offer and deal with the Seller & the bank. I normally list at 3.5%/2.5% commissions (listing agent/buyer's agent). We've started the Cooperative short sale process and will have a list price provided within 30-45 days.
