I am going through the same issue you had with a Bank of America Loan (Freddie as investor).... Did you have any luck extending the sale date? Do you have any contacts at Bank of America or Freddie that would be able to help me? I was told because Michigan is a redemption state, they won't postpone the sale and that the foreclosure date is TOMORROW :-( Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!!!
