I have worked in real estate over 18 years. I love my job. I specialize in short sales and foreclosures. My first short sale was 15 years ago. This short sale was different, as the home not only had a first mortgage, yet a second and third. I was able to work the short sale out. This was not just great for the owner, yet the buyer was extremely pleased. My broker called me the "queen" of short sales from that point on. I started doing short sales before the word short sale was ever on MLS and when many realtors had never heard of a short sale. I have worked with hundreds of homeowners to help them avoid foreclosure. I also assist homeowners with loan modification. There is no money in that for me personally, yet it comes back to me in many other ways. I worked with Gerald Glur Real Estate for 17 years, before his passing in 2014. Gerald and I in a period of 17 years bought and flipped over 130 houses. Gerald was a natural and taught me well! I have in depth experience, not just in short sales, yet foreclosures as well. I work with buyers and sellers as well. I am now with a great company, Allen Tate Reators, in Simpsonville, SC. I work all over the upstate. I will go wherever the need is!
