Broker since 1972 beginning in Memphis, Tennesse. Relocated back home to Hot Springs Nat'l Park, Arkansas in 1980 entering the resort real estate Industry there. Established Sunbelt Properties, Ltd. in 1982 and have worked the southern and state costal resort areas as well as Puerto Rico, Costa Rica & Mexico through year 2000 before returning state side. Have held broker licenses in many areas as well as NASD & SEC securities licenses and contractors license for construction projects.
