I have been in real estate for over 28 years/ I teach continuing education class for the state of Nevada. I wrote 12 classes that are approved. As a Broker-sales agent actively engaged in real estate sales, and locating properties for buyers-- I know the market and am willing to aid and assist clients in the entire process of buying or selling/ I have done Short Sales and wrote a manual for other agents to follow.
