Her team’s chief responsibilities include market research & analysis for major nationwide default asset servicers, non-performing asset preservation, Educating local agents & homeowners on successful short sale disposition, investor due diligence &acquisition sales and acting as an advocate for distressed home owners facing legal action. Annette also serves as a resource for municipal buyers in promoting home ownership and educating first time homebuyers. Prior to joining Realty Associates, Annette was a member of Illustrated Properties’ Distressed Sales Group &. Her real estate expertise started in the active adult community & has grown to include multi family, waterfront, equestrian & luxury markets. While real estate has been a longtime passion, Annette has over 20 years in the corporate world, with a solid background in claims management spanning 15 years. This happily married grandmother of 3 enjoys tennis, art, reading & relaxing near the ocean. South Florida has been her home for over 30 years.
