I am the team leader of Team Momentum, I have been doing short sales for almost 6 years, most of them in the last 3. I am also a Certified Negotiations Expert and Certified Short Sale Specialist. I have an application process that I help prospective short sale clients through to be sure that a short sale is really the best option for them. I have often helped the owner find another solution and helped them save their homes instead of selling them. I am also very good @ helping them with a short sale if that is the best option for them. I use a professional processor to process the paperwork with the bank as well as a transaction co-ordinator so that I can focuse on finding the buyers and negotiation with the bank once the sale is assigned to a negotiator. I always keep the referring agent in the loop so that you know what is happening along the way.
