Successfully completed 50 - 60 short sales between 2004 and 2008 in addition to 100's of wholesale deals and subject-to transactions as well. Stopped in early 2009 due to my dad being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Left to go be with him & my mom & he died 11 months later. Stayed in Mich with my mom until 9/13 when I came back home to Texas. Ready to relaunch by business but SO MUCH has changed and I want and need to be educated on what's going on with SS's these days. I'm glad to be here!
