I'm a Native German and am in my 3rd year of practicing Florida Real Estate. I'm a Certified Short Sale Professional. I work as a team with my partner and husband, Darrin. Short Sales sort of "happened onto us" when we were contacted by an investor/seller through Active Rain last year. We have been doing short sales ever since and haven't had a single one we didnt' get approved. Our office has a Short Sale Specialist on staff, who does all the negotiating with the lenders, prepares all packages and she's doing a great job. Most, if not all our success is thanks to her, Mary Arnold. Short Sales, as all things in real estate, are a constant learning process and while Mary does all the hard work for us, we strive to constantly educate ourselves about the short sale process so we can educate our sellers and buyers.
