Don’t you just L-O-V-E short sales? I DO!!! I have been doing short sales for over 5 years with a 95% success rate. The 5% are typically lost at closing and not due to the short sale approval. I do contract work for real estates agents and attorneys and have directs with a number of primary lenders. I work in multiple states and freely associate with others like myself for support and networking. I am a licensed real estate agent in CA; I work under a valid debt negotiation license in CT. I also teach short sales to real estate agents and will soon be certified as life coach. My educational and career background is math and science; so I L-O-V-E numbers! My company is virtual. :)
