Does anyone have experience with Everhome/Everbank as the servicer for Jacksonville Affordable Morgages INC. a non-profit organization holding 2nd mortgage? The seller is willing to "reconcile" with the 2nd. However BOA needs to pay it, Everbank is saying. In this case BOA will not allow the money owed to the 2nd on the HUD.

Hello,

Would you happen to know who I can talk to to request for an extension? Our negotiator does not want to give us anymore extension and have explained what  transpired and the humps we have to go through.

2 loans- 1st is Everhome Mortgage and 2nd is GMAC

Everhome took a long time to give us our approval where GMAC approved us and by the time we got the approval from the 1st, my 2nd GMAC expired and went to recovery department.

The 1st loan has been approved  5/27 and the loan should’ve closed 6/27/11.Sought an extension while our GMAC expired and have to resubmit file to recovery and just got approval June 21, 2011. We have a VA Buyer and can't do anything only after June 21, 2011. Requested for extension from 1st and gave us only till July 13, 2011.

Received buyer loan update today, gave me a DU and a letter requesting that we wont be able to close on July 13 and requesting a week extension.

Everhome denied the request and need to close by July 13, 2011. There is no way we can do that.

I know that we are being reasonable and need to speak with someone who will hear us. Appreciate all the help and input and contact to Everhomes. I have no control and its been difficult putting these 2 lenders together.

Hope you can help.

 Respectfully,

Amy Martin

Got an approval from Everhomes 1st lien giving $6K to 2nd GMAC which is their demand, so perfect. But GMAC approval expired. Requested extension prior to expiration and they said investor instructed them to charge off after expiration and will not extend. So got charged off. Started working with the GMAC recovery department. Now want $9K. went back to Everhomes and told them what happened.Everhome now states that its no longer a lien The $6,000 was granted for the lien release and not the deficiency wavier. This means the 2nd lien will not receive any funds. Is this true and what do I do?

I need a Senior Management contact for a stalled deal with EverHome.  I was thrilled to learn the file was assigned in just 3 days, however, I have had zero contact with that negotiator, nearly 5 weeks now.  I searched and found Kelly Welles' contact info, however, she is on maternity leave.  Any other contact info available?  Thanks in advance.

Lora,
My Everhome deal went smoothly once I got to actually use Everhome. (I originally thought I had to go through a National Quick Sale, a 3rd part processor and that was a terrible experience). My deal was FHA and the process went well. The biggest problem I had was an unrealistically high FHA appraisal. I finally got an offer at the rock bottom of what FHA would take and got it done though. Otherwise I thought they did a decent job.

I just initiated an Everhome short sale last week. I was impressed that someone was assigned asap...and I was given an extension phone number. (Not the case in other SS transactions.) How long should I expect for Everhome to get it to the investor? Can some Everhome SS Experts share their timeframe experiences? Are we talking weeks months or years, whichever... how many. Please share. Short to the point responses, or years of wisdom- all answers are apprecited.

My seller also told me Everhome said she had to be late. Must be true.

Has anyone ran into an Everhome Loan (second) that is backed by Amgen? Amgen will not allow the sale...
