I will pull out my old files and get you a good number when I get to my office tomorrow. Wilshire is going to be changing names and I also know they are selling off alot of their loans to servicing companies. How long has your short sale been submitted? Do you already have an approval? If you have an approval then you are fine, if not you may need to start over. Same problem here. Can't get contact numbers. I'm just starting with them for approval on a second. Had faxed the ss paperwork, spoke to someone on the phone who said to call back and when I did, just get a busy signal. Website says B of A is servicing their loans, but gives no numbers. I've googled to no avail...

Two of my clients received letter from Wilshire transfering the loan to BoA, in one of them we already had an approval, but we had to begin the process again with BoA using equator; your client has to call BoA and ask for his new loan number
