WF appeal to a decline

I spoke with my states Attorney General's office and they said we have 30 days to write an appeal to a short sale denial. Has anyone one done this? Successful? Anyone know where to send the appeal letter?

Its an appeal filed in the courts written by an attorney. And when the judge sets the date to hear the appeal .. better have an attorney with you.

We are a Non-judicial State so a denial is appealed according to the address information in the denial letter and cpies to the AG, CFPB, and OCC.
