Low appraisal issue one week prior to close on an fha Wells...Negotiator sends me her appraisal!!

She could not send the full appraisal, but did send enough to fight the appraisor who missed a bedroom, a bath, a garage and outbuildings! Rural property, not many comps within 6 months..but sooo happy she helped out. I sent email last night at 9 pm, appraisal in my inbox by 7 am. Yeah! I have two WF negotiators right now, and both rock. then there is the one going through equator..who has asked for the same information 5 times..not sure if it is equator, or the set up person

Having the same issue with Wells Equator, yikes a barrage of the same task five different times. Wonder why this is happening. Don't have this with BOA on Equator

Is this a Wells Fargo FHA Short Sale? If so, the per the HUD Preforeclosure Sale Program the bank is required to give you a copy of the full appraisal upon request. I have been told "no" several times, but I always end up getting the appraisal sent to me.
