OLD WAMU LOAN

Hi everybody, this is my first post, I love this site and will be posting ideas and comments.  Well I have an old Wamu Loan # and I need to initiate the shortsale, however nobody at chase is able to pull the account with the Loan # or SSN, any help?  I called aroun 10 diferent phone numbers with no success.

Roger, keep calling, they will eventually find it. was your seller in bankruptcy?

No, he went to a Branch today and gave him the same loan number and a phone number that is disconnected.
