This company is the worst I have seen in a long time.. They are really dragging BoA down. I started short sale with them in June of 2011 and and when it was finally approved in Dec 2011 the buyers already worked, we submitted another offer in Dec 2011 and have been going through the motion with them. numerous counter-offer, numerous hud-1 still no approval.they are terrible...

I'm in the process of  "waiting " to submit an offer also.  Have emailed & called with no response.  Susan have they responded to you yet?  I have a short response time in the offer  so I need to move this along.  Any hints or comments appreciated

Does anyone know their timeline and process? I have a contract and have been waiting nearly a month for them to tell me I can submit it. I call at least 2-3 times a week and keep getting different non-answers. I'm afraid we may lose the buyer and have to start over again if they don't pick up the pace....anyone been successful with them?

I have 2 short sales with BofA right now.  Both are using AMO.  What I don't understand is why AMO wants to process the short sale without allowing for an offer to be received until they're finished.  I did 2 BofA short sales in 2010 without AMO and it went well.

UTLS is now Amo Recoveries.  Different name, same miserable service.
