Teresa thanks for the information. Flu had me down for awhile. Called then but they want sellers authorization need to go another route

SueEllen, are you referring to Saxon Mortgage or is there a Saxton Mortgage? If it's Saxon, here's the contact number I've used in the past...(866) 241-1901. I would call there first. They were difficult to connect with, but once it got going, it went very smooth and they ended up calling me all the time. Good luck!
