Comment by Wendy Rulnick on May 19, 2011 at 7:25am: Nathan - I am a bit leary... Last year they approved - in writing - $5400 (for Flagstar). Deal fell through. We got a new contract and now they mysteriously want $9500 ... until I faxed them their previous letter :) Then they coughed.... we shall see!
