I have SRG as a second mortgage servicer. Does anyone have any experience working with them and know how large a % of the debt they'll accept?

Nate - They do seem a little disorganzied. But I DID finally get my approval letter at the same terms as the previous :)

Nathan - I am a bit leary... Last year they approved - in writing - $5400 (for Flagstar). Deal fell through. We got a new contract and now they mysteriously want $9500 ... until I faxed them their previous letter :) Then they coughed.... we shall see!
