Does "anyone" have a number/ name to escalate a file with Select Portfolio ??? Please .....!!!
I was working on a short sale with BOA ( both first and second) and in 90 days they were just about ready to issue an approval when the first was sold to Select portfolio and the second was sold to green tree. Green Tree has been great. Select portfolio a nightmare....This process started in August ....Every time i get someone on the phone the rep says something different and always comes up with something new. No consistency... Any suggestions on a high level escalation ???
As long as your t's are crossed and i's are dotted, you will have your file pushed into review within 3-4 months of submission and an approval letter within 30 days of the negotiator being assigned the file. It's a very small company based in Utah and I know people there on a personal level, they are inundated and doing the best they can.
I think so too. Their ridiculous 40 day review process for a document once submitted is I think why it takes so long.
After 6 months of sweat, blood and tears I finally got my approval. I thought this day would never come. Be patient, have passion and be persistent and you will get your approval sooner or later...
Hello fellow Super Stars! Well here I am, a year into this short sale listing, loan transferred from BofA last year in July to SPS. Lost buyer in October finally back in business in mid March, HAFA short sale is a joke! We have been in review for over a month with no feedback. This new buyer is now looking to walk... do you mind if I use your contact below, Leslie Soria? I need help.... btw Resurgent is the 2nd and now they are not responding...

@Mark Thank you! This is the same response I get everytime I call. Part of this comment was posted back in Nov 2012 "They provided information about the file which basically is the same thing every time I call..."It's in review with the underwriter, they are extremely backed up." Its get pretty redundant when I call every two days and I get the same comment. Thanks once again. Is she a manager??
