Everyone seems to be absolutely awed by their service. So why on our second buyer that nets them exactly what they want, and BPO was done couple weeks ago - do they want to go all hard core and say they have to start ALL OVER?

Anyone have any good contacts there? Thanks, Anna

Hi Anna,
How is this going? I'm putting together a file for them today. Foreclosure is set though, so I'm not confident in the approval.
They were actually pretty good. We did have to start over but they said they'd have answer for us in 2 weeks. It was actually 2 1/2 weeks because they couldn't read the first HUD we sent them. Then they gave us 30 days and it closed on time! We didn't have foreclosure date issues, though. I did have another one with them that they did foreclose on, but only because we didn't have a replacement buyer in time before the sale date. They actually sounded like it would be a relief to them if we could have found one - but it was a hard to market property. That was early summer.
Hmmm.. I called in today and they said they couldn't read the Hud. I find it hard to believe because it was emailed and in pdf format. It's interesting they said the same thing to you.

They said they won't postpone foreclosure until BPO is done. Said BPO would be done in 5 days. Next week is thanksgiving so 5 days puts us in 1st week of Dec and foreclosure is second week :(
My assistant had sent the first HUD and she said the same thing when they said they couldn't read it. She sent the exact same thing again and magically- they could read it. Sounds like an automatic stall job to me.

I would plead my case about the timing of the BPO and holidays. If no satisfaction, ask for escalation?
