SECURITY INFO

Short Sale Commander has all the client data stored, backed up and mirror imaged in two separate secure locations on our own dedicated servers. Commander has numerous firewalls and has all client information behind the DMZ to further protect the data.  The only information our users have access to is the data they enter and choose to share with other users on their license.  We have our SSL Certificate and the https:// will be live for our customers in the next couple of days.

The passwords are stored on the server behind the DMZ.  We chose not to directly encrypt the password because they are secure already, as well as it's much faster to support our clients if they forget their password.

We apologize for any inconvenience that phase one of Realty Commander has caused.  We have isolated the problem and the speed issue will be resolved in the next couple of hours.  If you have any additional question please give me a call directly at 248-381-1571.  Thanks, Lee Moraitis

Todd.............me too.  I emailed them yesterday and this is what Erik Lovell said:

Sheila - the problem isn't on your end. I have my whole team working on getting
the system faster. I would expect in the next 1-2 hours that it should be much
better and back up to 100% by tomorrow morning.

SSC Upgrade is playing hell with our services! Is anyone else having problems? It's taking 5 minutes to load (if it doesn't time out) and I've reset our systems twice and tried different browsers.

Thanks!

The only two options is to print a screen shot of the Overview tab (which you've done) and/or you can print the 'Profitability Report' in the 'Profitability tab.  In addition, you can print the Activity Log by simply going to the Activity Log tab, and hit the blue button at the bottom called 'Print Activity Log'.

hello - I'm in the free trial period - I am trying to find a way to print an overview report of each file/property - a report to include standard stuff name, address, lien holders, etc with activity notes.  if I right click print, then I get a screen shot rather than a report - any ideas?

Apparently SSC's servers are down. I'm realizing just how dependent I am on this program!! It looks like it'll be a late afternoon playing catch up once I can access my files again!

I will try to adjust mine then.  I've only run into the problem on big files -- like a scanned purchase agreement.  But I need to learn to fix it.

If I had a like button here, I would use it!  You guys are super responsive, and have fixed the problem!  ..
