SECURITY INFO

Short Sale Commander has all the client data stored, backed up and mirror imaged in two separate secure locations on our own dedicated servers. Commander has numerous firewalls and has all client information behind the DMZ to further protect the data.  The only information our users have access to is the data they enter and choose to share with other users on their license.  We have our SSL Certificate and the https:// will be live for our customers in the next couple of days.

The passwords are stored on the server behind the DMZ.  We chose not to directly encrypt the password because they are secure already, as well as it's much faster to support our clients if they forget their password.

I LOVE the document checklist.  Being able to see with one glance what we have and what don't is AWESOME!  Can the list be modified though?  I would really love to have two document checklists.  One…Continue

RECORDED PHONE CALLS UPLOADED TO DOCUMENTS!  I was not aware of this AWESOME feature.  I record all my phone calls and they are saved as mp3.  I was able to upload the mp3 file to the documents.  I am able to go back and play the recording.  I work for an attorney and this is a great way to CYB.

Great job, Short Sale Commander!

Lee called and Josh then called. They had everything operational (plus - the personal phone calls) in less than half an hour.

I've managed more then a few companies - if you have a concern about trusting your mission critical data with Short Sale Commander, ie: Realty Commander - you have no need to worry. We've been with them for almost three years. Great service and commitment.

Thanks!

Actually, it's our custom pipeline that won't load. The standard pipelines load fast.

Has anyone been able to load up their Pipeline? I'm stuck - no load, just twirls around and around...

Todd, you missed your chance to get a round of golf in!  The Commander speed issue has been resolved.  Thanks for your patience and support of our product!

hmmmmm. Maybe I should go golfing today? Oops, nope. I think there's a foreclosure coming up somewhere in one of my SSC files.

I must say, SSC has always been super responsive and helpful when we've had a problem. Systematic upgrades must be frightening for web companies. SSC is a great provider of services and they respond to their clients very well.

I've become lazy - not doing complete stand alone backups. Back to responsible management...

Received from Erik as well:

Robert,

There were minor improvements made last night, and I just received an update from the development team.  All the speed issues come down to the property search, which affects all aspects of the system (tasks, package builder, documents, etc).  We expect a push this afternoon (in 2-3 hours) that will dramatically improve the system performance.  We will continue making improvements after that and into the evening until the performance is back 100%.

Please feel free to call or email with any questions.
