My short sale listing was just recently transferred from AM Trust to Saxon for servicing.  I've had the short sale listing for over a month and Saxon is in receipt of my short sale file (no offer yet). Saxon sent out a property preservation company to "secure the property."  My listing sign is in the yard, the homeowner's have moved out and I have the property staged.  The property has never been abandoned and the seller is making every effort to short sale. . Saxons property preservation representative, had to ignore my listing sign along with my realtor lock box on the front door and jump the cinder block fence to the backyard to drill into the side garage door and interior garage door hardware to gain entry into the property. The foreclosure date is not for another 3 weeks!  Has anyone else encountered this?  By the way, one phone call to Saxon by my angry homeowner about illegal trespassing and they scheduled a contractor to replace all the hardware they damaged within 24 hours. What were they thinking!?!  Is this just an example of things to come with Saxon?
