I have been processing a short sale for a client with first lien holder at Roundpoint & sent authorization and complete package nearly two months ago.  There is a possibility that our offer may yield enough for a complete payoff but have been unable to get Roundpoint to return calls either to me or title & escrow when they send their demand request of payoff.  There is only the one phone number listed and you are never allowed to stay on hold & must leave messages.  I have left messages every day for six weeks with no response.  Can anyone provide us with a more direct contact person or email that can help us establish a dialog with Roundpoint?
