TO ENHANCE ..... Res.net - AMP
Res.net/AMP is under the same website as Res.Net. Once you pay for the enhancement - your profile is upgraded to AMP version. Here is what AMP can do for you and your business:
By putting the full power of RES.NET in agents' hands, AMP allows agents to:
---Market Themselves To REO Asset Managers - By providing asset managers access to credentials, certifications, and marketing material at the time they are selecting listing agents, AMP agents gain a competitive advantage and better opportunities to expand their business.

--Access Prior Documents - Any BPOs, documents, photos or other files that are uploaded to RES.NET through AMP can be retrieved by the agent at any time in the future.

--Keep Records Of Past Activities - AMP maintains a history of all prior tasks and correspondence.

--See More Of What Asset Managers See - Agents now have access to more property data and task status information.

--Better Integration With The RES.NET Community - AMP improves communication and task management with RES.NET's network of leading real estate professionals.

I asked for a list of servicers that use Res.net and was told they could not give that out due to the privacy agreement they have with the servicers.

I will update as I hear and ask that you do the same.

What servicers do you work with on Res.net?

I thought it would be a good thing to share the servicers that we know use Res.net. Do you know of any servicers that have announced they will be using Res.net to do their short sales? or REOs.

I forgot to mention it is listing management for all your listings. You can add your resume, references and other information about yourself in your profile for marketing YOU direct the AMs.

I think the best thing is that you have the properties that are active or archived right at your finger tips. You can even see the history of BPOs and MSRs of any and all properties that you have worked on.

I like it! It is like no other system that I work on. It has more capabilities. It is much better than reotrans.com (equator.com) and sweeter than Wells Fargo's portal.

I am glad I made this choice.

I had training today on AMP which is an added tool to res.net. It is pretty neat and it changes the whole face of res.net and also works with management your own listings, task and business.

You can put your listings on this site and manage them. You can go to your account on Res.net and add this tool. This is a step up for res.net

Another great tool that is added to Res.net is AMP - it is officially up and running this month. Training is scheduled for Jan 11th. It is an enhancement to the Res.net system.

Lizette, I only know that Chrisley Asset Management already use Res.net. I know that because I worked with them. It is hard to get a list of what bank subscribe to what system. That would make our job so much easier, but it is hard to get that info. I contacted Res.net support and they told me they could not send out the list due to a privacy agreement they have with each client.

Maybe someone else can jump in and let us know if they have the list.
