TO ENHANCE ..... Res.net - AMP
Res.net/AMP is under the same website as Res.Net. Once you pay for the enhancement - your profile is upgraded to AMP version. Here is what AMP can do for you and your business:
By putting the full power of RES.NET in agents' hands, AMP allows agents to:
---Market Themselves To REO Asset Managers - By providing asset managers access to credentials, certifications, and marketing material at the time they are selecting listing agents, AMP agents gain a competitive advantage and better opportunities to expand their business.

--Access Prior Documents - Any BPOs, documents, photos or other files that are uploaded to RES.NET through AMP can be retrieved by the agent at any time in the future.

--Keep Records Of Past Activities - AMP maintains a history of all prior tasks and correspondence.

--See More Of What Asset Managers See - Agents now have access to more property data and task status information.

--Better Integration With The RES.NET Community - AMP improves communication and task management with RES.NET's network of leading real estate professionals.

I asked for a list of servicers that use Res.net and was told they could not give that out due to the privacy agreement they have with the servicers.

I will update as I hear and ask that you do the same.

What servicers do you work with on Res.net?

I thought it would be a good thing to share the servicers that we know use Res.net. Do you know of any servicers that have announced they will be using Res.net to do their short sales? or REOs.

Hi Neil: you can call and get a free account: 1-800-760-7036 (press 2 when auto system answers), let them know you are doing a short sale with Caliber Home Loans and you want a free account.  They get three pieces of information from you: 1) Name, 2) Phone Number, 3) Email Address.

Then let your contact at Caliber Home Loans know that your account is set up and they will invite you to the property.

Honestly, the website is kind of a pain and it's not overly efficient but it is what it is!

Is there a free option to manage short sales with Res.net? I just got a file from someone with caliberhomeloans and they require it: https://www.caliberhomeloans.com/short-sale-assistance.aspx

I do not know anything about Vericrest at this point.  I did some research and ran up on a review that said that Vericrest did a pretty good job with their short sale.  We (Central Valley Realtist Association) are having events and Res.net is one of our guests.  I will ask that question to see if I can get some feedback to bring back.

Vericrest is starting with Res.Net on June 6.  What is your experience with it?

Thanks for the list Michael Shannon. Please add to that list: Chrisley Asset Manager.

And you are correct, the assigning is done by other than the Asset Manager. I found that out back when Assetlink was active.. they changed over to having it done either by their manager or some other entity.

BTW - Asset managers don't assign agents any longer, and they haven't in about 2 years. It doesn't matter how much you market to them...or buy them lunch, or dinner, etc. Assigning properties is now handled by premarketing departments and vendor managers people who aren't using AMP.

I hear Chrisley Asset Management is now getting into the short sale business. I wonder if they will continue to use Res.net as their system or if they will conduct short sale business on Reotrans or another system?

Res.Net has picked up another client: Excellen
I know this is for REOs and BPOs but it is worth knowing.

Res.Net has said they are working on short sale task management as well.

Res.net/AMP is really cool! So much easier to manage the property. This is a thumbs up for Res.net.
