Other Equator Features, other than submitting an offer & supportng docs....what is this?

As I've been hitting each possible tab to find out what it does on Equator, I hit the tab for "My properties & offers", from there I hit the tab called "Library", that pulls up a screen with a few other tabs on it.  From here I can see the dates in which I've completed tasks, that's nice.

There's also another tab called "Property", when I click on this tab, it opens to show a screen where I can upload something else.  It says I can "Upload Property File".

What is this?

For this particular file, I've just been asked to & have already uploaded 3rd party Auth & Accepted the short sale file as Listing Agent.  For this particular file I have not yet been asked to submit the actual offer or supporting documentation.

Have you submitted Borrowers information side. You need to call short sale department so they can provide you with Temporary password for your borrower. so he could upload His Financial information. Then You will have task That you will need to do next.

At the time I started the discussion, I had just done 3rd party auth, today I'm doing the rest. I was just pressing tabs to see what they did, hence my question.
