Is now taking forever for Equator to assign task

I initiate two short sale on Friday 10/1/ and I'm still waiting to get task to upload contact and other supporting document.. In the past we get these tasks within 24hrs.. what is going on? Anyone noticed same time on their end?

I initiated two short sales last Thursday 2/2/12 and have yet to receive any assigned tasks. Two different lenders...one is Bank of America, the other is Wells Fargo. The information for both properties is showing in My Properties and I'm really getting very impatient with the lack of response from both of these lenders. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues recently with Equator?

Yes, it seems to be taking at least a week now instead of a day or two like before.
