Please help me!!! My approval letter from GMAC has expired. The first (Cal Vet) would not move forward giving me an approval until we had an approval from the second (GMAC)

Equator sent me a message telling me the approval letter from GMAC was about to expire. The message read," please call or email your negotiator, your approval letter is about to expire. I Left multiple messages and sent emails with no response! The day before the expiration date they sent me a task asking if we would be closing...yes or no task?

It has been one week, and have had no luck. Is there a phone number of a manager, supervisor or an email address? Anything would be appreciated, thank you for reading my rant!!
