GMAC & Equator

I had everything I needed entered into the equator system per GMAC instructions and it has been in there for quite some time. I just entered the last of the information yesterday morning and last night EVERYTHING, including old messages, is gone. Luckily, I emailed the negotiator outside of Equator and have his email address. Does anyone have any idea of what may have happened?
