Equator - BOA

I am trying to find someone that has been thru the process with BOA & Equator.

I am at the end of short sale (I hope). However, I am having problems understanding what they want. They are asking for the work sheet to be filled out - the work sheet is in a pdf format - you can not add anything to the work sheet (This work sheet needs to match the hud).

There is also a responce tab with columns for the seller & buyer is this the work sheet they are asking for ?

 

How has anyone gotten this far ??

Marie, The worksheet is the offer or counter offer worksheet. If you agree with all of the numbers then just hit the "accept" button on the bottom right hand corner.

The counter offer worksheet did not have any numbers in the buyer's column & only part of the seller side was filled in. I did hit accept & now it's back.

You need to click on the following:


Which should provide the worksheet as a fillable form:


and the bottom should look like this:


You have four choices: 1.) Reject entirely by clicking the reject button 2.) Agree to the offer by clicking agree or 3.) Counter their offer by completing the Buyer column and then clicking the send offer button. 4.) Do nothing and the worksheet will eventually disappear and the file will be closed.

Thank you so much !!

That is exactly what I did yesterday . I also sent an updated HUD so it would match the counter offer.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for sure.
