RTR as the Junior Lien

I have an approval from the 1st lien which is BOFA, they agree to pay RTR $8,500 to release the junior lien. Today, I received an email from RTR asking for $54,414.00!!! Where can the seller get this? Is there anyone who had the same issue with RTR? Please, if you encountered this from RTR, can you please let me know if you were able to renegotiate the price?
