His email just bounced back to me. Any other emails or fax numbers? Their call in line only allows me to leave a message

Thank you Sally. Will try emailing him. I keep hearing this about RBC and the fact they are being bought by PNC doesnt help things as I here PNC is also unforgiving!

I just completed a short sale equity line with RBC- You could email Ed Tilley at RBC [email protected].  I am sure Mr Tilley can point you in the right direction.

RBC was most difficult and unforgiving with my seller. I hope you have better success

Does anyone have a fax number to send an equity loan ss package to?

Working on a short sale where RBC is holding an equity loan and is the 2nd lienholder. RBC wants $13,000 to release the lien which is not the problem. Also want seller to sign a note for the balance of what is owed approx $115k plus unlimited legal fees.  RBC is not budging.  RBC will release the lien if seller doesn't agree to the terms of the promissory note but wants stated the right to pursue the judgement. HELP- any thoughts? We are hitting our heads against the wall with RBC.
