Anyone deal with Quantum on a short sale?

One of my clients received an invitation of doing a short sale and getting 5000 incentive. He didnt act on time, so we requested they give another offer. They refused, now seller has no incentive for a short sale.

Theres a rep there named Darrel Harden whos a real piece of work.

If anyone has had experiences with them, let me know.

Lol, so get this. I get a call from my seller saying he would need to choose another agent because i yelled at them on the phone. Poor Mr. Harden, the biggest idiot in the industry. If you ever deal with Quantum on short sales, good luck. By the way, he probably didnt mention about the loss share agreement they have with the fdic, or the fact they may not even have the original note. Be a man Mr. Harden, you have me on tape? Great, then you know i would blast Quantum on every site i know.
